Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS as provided via the checkout process with the exception of gift certificates which are delivered via email. Any order shipped complimentary will be shipped with the carrier of our discretion. Orders of all in stock items will be shipped within five business days. Any item not in stock will be shipped no later than twenty business days after initial order.

Certain information is necessary in order for us to provide the services; therefore, if you delete such necessary information you may not be able to use the Site.

Returns & Replacements

All items purchased may be returned within 30 days for a full refund unless specified otherwise. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, unopened and suitable for resale. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Email that can be attained by sending your request through our website contact page with the following information:

If we ever send you a product that you did not order we will provide you instructions for return transit at our expense. If any shipment is ever damaged in transit call customer service for instructions for its return to us or the original shipper at our expense. Shipments damaged in transit will be replaced with an identical shipment at our expense.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

You understand that KarmaDerma.com may at times offer products at promotional pricing. You also understand that when you place your order you are committing yourself to purchase the products ordered at the current purchase price and that you will not be entitled to any adjustment to reflect any promotional pricing that may be offered from time to time.

Viewing Orders

By using this website you understand that you will have the ability to view your purchase history and orders in process. You also understand that this information is provided as a courtesy and that KarmaDerma.com will not be responsible for any liability if for some reason this information becomes unavailable to you.

Updating Account Information

By establishing an account on this website you agree to keep your account information up to date and accurate. You also agree to be responsible for any repercussions from not doing so (E.G. A shipment going to an incorrect address because it was the address you provided in our system).
